




Job Summary: Validate the Grill area and Hot Station, ensuring excellence in food preparation and compliance with standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Validation of grilling and protein processing techniques. 2. Handling of ignition techniques and temperature maintenance for grills. 3. Production, assembly, and proper storage of food according to standards. Validate the Grill area for preparing foods cooked at various temperatures, as well as the Hot Station area, ensuring all food meets excellence standards. * Validate the Grill station. * Validate various cooking techniques at different temperatures. * Validate various protein processing techniques. * Validate charcoal ignition technique and correct method of maintaining grill temperature for proper cooking of proteins and vegetables. * Carry out production according to the daily par stock level. * Assemble proteins into inserts, ensuring proper labeling and product rotation. * Fill sauces into corresponding mamils for each shift. * Produce garnishes and toppings and store them properly.
