This position provides support in drafting, reviewing, and managing corporate contracts with a focus on technology services and software licensing, participating in contract process control and tracking, ensuring regulatory compliance and legal risk mitigation. **Main Responsibilities:** Draft, review, and revise contracts (e.g., NDAs, software licensing agreements, service provision agreements, etc.) Track electronic signature processes (DocuSign or other platforms) Request and review corporate documentation from clients and suppliers Support negotiation of basic contractual terms Identify legal risks in documents and escalate to the relevant legal department Collaborate with commercial, operations, technology, and support teams **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Law (graduated or advanced intern) 1–2 years of experience in corporate or contractual legal areas Knowledge of software licensing (SaaS), NDA, and service provision contracts Familiarity with intellectual property and personal data protection (LFPDPPP) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Basic\-intermediate English **Desirable:** Experience in technology companies, SaaS firms, or corporate law firms Postgraduate diploma or courses in Digital Law or Data Protection Knowledge of electronic signature tools **We Offer:** Dynamic and collaborative work environment Professional development in corporate legal area Statutory benefits Requirements **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Law (graduated or advanced intern) 1–2 years of experience in corporate or contractual legal areas Knowledge of software licensing (SaaS), NDA, and service provision contracts Familiarity with intellectual property and personal data protection (LFPDPPP) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Basic\-intermediate English **Desirable:** Experience in technology companies, SaaS firms, or corporate law firms Postgraduate diploma or courses in Digital Law or Data Protection Knowledge of electronic signature tools 2 years
