Join our team; we are looking for: TRAINER / TRAINING SPECIALIST \- EXPERIENCE IN COFFEE SHOPS Key objective of the position: Ensure technical training of point-of-sale employees (preparation of beverages and products) to execute the value proposition according to service protocols and best practices established by the business segment, as well as guarantee employee integration to generate optimal working relationships for professional development. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed bachelor's degree in administration, psychology, education or related field * Group management skills * More than 1 year of experience preparing coffee-based beverages * Availability to rotate shifts * Mobility availability KNOWLEDGE: * Proficiency in Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Good practices (food and beverage handling) * Quality standards * Group management RESPONSIBILITIES: * Train new and existing point-of-sale staff (beverage and product preparation, best practices, and service protocols) * Prepare beverages and products, serve customers, perform cleaning and other regular operational tasks when requested by immediate supervisor to ensure delivery of the segment's value proposition * Carry out integration processes for new hires following established procedures Develop your skills with us!
