Technology company **Seguritech** is looking for: **TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER** Location: **BOCOYNA, Chihuahua** (Only applies if you are from Bocoyna or can relocate immediately) **Responsibilities:** * Handling preventive and corrective maintenance tickets at the first level for all technologies. * Monitoring the proper operation of STD technologies, video surveillance services, panic buttons, and CAD. * Escalating and tracking technology failures. * Providing technical support via chat and networks. * Working at heights. **Requirements:** * Engineering degree (intern or graduate) or Technical High School diploma * 1 year of experience * Standard driver’s license Work schedule: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, weekend on-call duty (not always) $21,000 gross monthly Job type: Full-time Salary: $18,500.00 – $21,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
