It investigates, plans, trains, executes, and facilitates operational improvement programs with the aim of creating a culture of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing that leads to associate empowerment, waste elimination, and improvements in safety, quality, service, and costs. It drives adherence to standard work and the execution of the Lean Management System. It leads Kaizen events according to program guidelines designed to drive and sustain continuous improvement initiatives. Identifying opportunities for Kaizen events that provide measurable and sustainable results.
