Job stability. **Systems Engineer (Comprehensive Support and ASPEL)** **Location:** Córdoba / Orizaba / Xalapa (On-site) **Position Type:** Full-time Are you a systems professional oriented toward solutions and experienced in high-traffic operational environments? Join our technical team to manage and optimize our technological infrastructure and point-of-sale systems. **Profile Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Intern or Graduate). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in hardware and software technical support. * **Systems:** Advanced knowledge and configuration skills for **Windows Server** and **ASPEL SAE** (Mandatory). * **Physical Skills:** Availability to perform network installations (cabling, conduit routing, drilling) and CCTV camera maintenance. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Infrastructure Management:** Server configuration, access point (AP) installation, and structured cabling maintenance. * **Point-of-Sale (POS) Support:** Configuration of peripherals such as mini-printers, barcode scanners, and cash drawers. * **Weighing Equipment:** Technical support for floor scales, gram scales, and label printers. * **Data Backup:** Rigorous execution of database and server backup procedures. * **Maintenance:** Preventive and corrective maintenance of all computing equipment and surveillance systems. **Desired Competencies:** * High responsiveness to critical incidents. * Organization, proactivity, and sense of urgency. * Proficiency with hardware diagnostic tools. **We Offer:** * Job stability. * Integration into a solid regional company. * Professional development opportunity in the infrastructure area. **Apply for more information** Salary: Starting at $3,000\.00 per week Benefits: * Life insurance Workplace: On-site employment
