




Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Engineer with experience in the sugar industry to design solutions and prepare mechanical, structural, electrical, and civil drawings for continuous improvement projects. Participation in the design and execution of improvement projects We are looking for a **PROJECT ENGINEER** with experience in the sugar industry, possessing process knowledge to design and propose solutions for our clients in this sector. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare mechanical, structural, electrical, or civil drawings for modifications, expansions, or installation of industrial equipment. * Participate in the planning, design, and execution of continuous improvement projects at sugar mills. * Conduct field surveys, interpret existing drawings, and update technical documentation. * Collaborate with plant engineers and contractors to define technically viable and cost-effective solutions. * Ensure designs comply with applicable national and international standards for the food and process industries. * Use computer-aided design (CAD) software (CAD, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) to generate drawings and models. * Document technical specifications, calculation reports, and material lists. * Provide technical support during manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of projects. * Maintain an updated database of drawings and the plant’s technical history. **Experience:** * Minimum 3–5 years as an industrial project engineer, preferably in sugar mills or similar process industries. * Experience designing cane transportation systems, boilers, evaporators, crystallizers, and other related systems. **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other CAD software. * Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and process drawings. * Knowledge of industrial processes in sugar plants. **Skills:** * Teamwork * Results-oriented * Technical analysis and problem-solving ability * Organization and multitasking across multiple projects.
