Requirements: * Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Technical English. * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a support leader, data administrator, and financial management platform handler. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial-sector companies. Responsibilities: * Vendor management. * Ensure the data handling lifecycle is accurate, complete, and consistent. * Identify and track data errors, valuation inconsistencies, mapping or classification issues. * Implement quality controls such as reconciliations, validations, and operational checklists. * Serve as the point of contact with the development vendor responsible for the data lake. * Review information flows, data loading processes, and data transformations. * Gather requirements for corrections and improvements. * Prioritize and track deliverables on time and as specified. * Validate that information displayed in applications is accurate. * Support proper portfolio structuring and asset classification. * Coordinate deliverables including Ki Capital’s mobile application, internal dashboards, and client reports. * Ensure deliverables use validated information, remain consistent with Addepar, and meet quality and timeliness standards. * Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for vendors or developers.
