We are seeking an **IT Engineer** to provide comprehensive support for our operations in San Miguel de Allende. ### **What will you do in this role?** * Provide first-level technical support to users (hardware, software, networks, VPN). * Install and configure computing equipment, peripherals, structured cabling, and network ports. * Perform basic maintenance and ensure organization of the server room. * Administer and support VPN connections. * Assist in the management and operation of ERP systems (preferably JD Edwards). * Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures. * Escalate technical issues exceeding your level of expertise in a timely manner. * Monitor, maintain, and implement modifications to the site to ensure optimal performance and operational continuity. ### **What we are looking for in you** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in technical support or a similar position. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency (able to read technical documentation and communicate effectively in workplace settings). * Ability to work collaboratively, solve problems, and communicate effectively. * Proactive attitude, focus on internal customers, and willingness to address urgent needs. ### **What we offer you** * Opportunity to join an **international aerospace company**. * Job stability and prospects for professional growth. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Continuous training and opportunities to develop your technical skills. * **Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm; Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.**
