Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Project Planner with experience in energy projects, capable of managing detailed schedules, resource allocation, and progress control, actively contributing to continuous improvement and client communication. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the planning and control of highly complex energy projects. 2. Develop and manage detailed schedules, resources, and progress curves. 3. Identify critical deviations and propose proactive corrective strategies. DESCRIPTION **Senior Project Planner** with **10 years of experience** in energy project planning and control. Must have experience in both construction and operation phases of projects and be capable of working on-site in dynamic, high-pressure environments. Responsibilities: * Develop detailed schedules and baselines in coordination with project management, establishing a **Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)** covering the full project scope, key milestones, and contractual requirements. * Allocate resources, create and update **S-curves for progress**, ensuring rigorous control across all project phases. * Update and maintain the weight table for tracking project progress. * Periodically update the schedule and progress curves based on information received from various stakeholders, identifying critical deviations and proposing **proactive corrective strategies**. * Report to project management on the current project status, critical paths, potential risks, and deviations, timely proposing **mitigation measures**. * Actively participate in **project progress meetings**, providing detailed schedule analysis, and in **bid validation** and **Contract Kick-Off Meetings (KOM)**. * Evaluate and analyze schedules from **suppliers and subcontractors**, ensuring their feasibility and integration into the project master schedule. * Coordinate and contribute to the preparation of the **monthly client report**, providing a clear view of project progress, achieved milestones, potential risks, and deviations. * Analyze the impact of potential deviations and delays on the schedule, proposing **corrective solutions** that minimize their impact on project timelines and costs. REQUIREMENTS Requirements: * **Minimum 10 years of experience** in planning **energy projects**. * Experience in **on-site planning**, with knowledge of construction operations. * Advanced proficiency in **Primavera P6** and **Microsoft Project**. Experience with additional tools is a plus. * Strong analytical capability for **risk identification**, **time management**, and **resource optimization**. * Proactivity, excellent **communication skills**, and ability to work collaboratively under pressure. * Willingness to travel to project sites. * **Fluent English proficiency.**
