Job Description and Responsibilities * Prepares project estimates based on customer specifications to develop the project's initial budget. * Prepares material quotations based on physical surveys to expand the project scope. * Develops the work schedule based on the project's initial itemized list to meet commitments established with the client. * Monitors physical and financial progress by comparing estimated vs. actual performance to track implementation and maintain control. * Requests project materials based on established specifications to ensure timely material availability. * Quantifies standard project materials based on physical surveys and/or site inspections to prepare quotations. * Prepares project change orders based on material and/or service quantification to develop quotations for project scope expansion. Experience and Requirements * Naval Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related degree. * 4 years of experience (mandatory). * Cost estimation in naval repair and fabrication. * Project management. * Planning. * Technical Naval English (mandatory). * Advanced Office skills.
