Detection and resolution of technical deviations in the field **Process Supervisor** OCA GLOBAL is seeking a **Process Supervisor** in **Pachuca de Soto, Hgo**. **3-month project.** **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and supervise the installation of electromechanical systems (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic). * Verify that execution complies with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable standards (NOM, NFPA, ASME, etc.). * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards for the food and beverage sector. * Manage and monitor physical progress against the established schedule. * Validate commissioning tests, startup procedures, and functionality of electromechanical equipment. * Detect technical deviations and propose immediate solutions on-site. * Coordinate interactions among contractors, specialty engineers, and civil construction teams. * Prepare progress reports, incident reports, and supervision deliverables for project management. **WHAT WE VALUE:** * Expertise in medium- and low-voltage electrical installations. * Expertise in lighting and control systems. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree and professional license in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of professional experience in logistics and production plant processes. * Knowledge of electrical systems installation and testing, lighting and control systems, applicable electrical regulations, electrical installation safety, and electrical commissioning and testing. **WE OFFER:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Direct employment by OCA Global México
