




**Education:** Bachelor's degree or TSU in Accounting. **Experience:** 1 year in administrative or financial activities, preferably in the public sector. **Desirable:** Basic knowledge in project management and public spending regulations. **Technical Knowledge** \- Basic concepts of governmental accounting. \- General process of planning, execution, and expenditure control. \- General knowledge of basic regulations applicable to public spending. \- Preparation of administrative reports and basic reconciliations. **Skills** \- Organization and attention to detail. \- Teamwork and ability to work under supervision. \- Ability to follow administrative procedures. \- Effective communication. \- Proficiency with office tools (Excel, Word, databases). \- Responsible handling of confidential information. **Main Responsibilities** \- Assist in gathering financial and administrative information. \- Support budget availability verification and bank balance reconciliations. \- Track expense supporting documentation and record transactions in internal databases. \- Compile and file financial and supporting documents. \- Assist in verifying that invoices, contracts, and receipts meet established requirements. \- Support preparing requests for project opening, extension, or administrative modification. \- Collaborate in preparing financial and administrative reports.
