**Position Purpose** Coordinate the shipment of finished products, ensuring on-time delivery, optimizing routes, loads and costs, guaranteeing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. * ️ **Main Responsibilities** Supervise vehicle routes and notify delivery status to the Customer Service department. Generate weekly purchase requisitions for supplier payments and accurately record information in freight reports. Finalize the weekly shipping schedule, optimizing loads and costs. Identify new transportation providers to expand the supplier portfolio and improve service quality and pricing. Ensure timely receipt of carrier documentation to expedite proof-of-delivery processing.
