Manage personnel and ensure compliance with operational processes FARMALIVE, a leading pharmaceutical distributor, is looking for: **Pharmacy Manager** *Branch:* ***Zacualtipán, Hidalgo*** **Objective:** Ensure proper functioning and operation of the pharmacy in alignment with operational and commercial goals set by management, while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. **Competencies:** * Customer-oriented mindset * Initiative * Proactivity * Strong verbal communication skills * Teamwork **Responsibilities:** * Ensure the pharmacy operates smoothly * Document all processes in the system. * Knowledge of and ability to implement procedures for product receipt, storage, display, and sale. * Familiarity with regulations applicable to pharmaceutical retail establishments. * Train and develop newly hired and current staff **Requirements:** * **Minimum 2 years of experience managing pharmacies** * Personnel management experience * Proficiency in Excel * Point-of-sale (POS) system knowledge * Cash and monetary value handling * Inventory management * Operational and incident reporting * Review and enforce pharmacy operational procedures **We Offer:** * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 9 PM * Saturday: 9 AM to 4 PM * Base salary: $9,610 per month * Fixed bonus: $2,398 per month * Food vouchers: $480 per month * Performance incentive (up to $5,000 per month) * Statutory benefits from day one * Uniforms Apply or send your CV or job application to **7711615918** Salary: $12,488.00 - $17,488.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
