Main Responsibilities: * Preparation and submission of quotations * Customer and business opportunity follow-up * Database updating and control * Quotation registration and follow-up * Administrative support and internal commercial area follow-up * Information organization and document control * Support in reporting and improvement of internal templates Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Business Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics * Intermediate Excel skills (filters, tables, and basic formulas) * Clear communication and service orientation * Strong organizational and follow-up skills Interested candidates may send me a message for more information.
