We require a Technical Support Engineer to work at the airport. Requirements: \*Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and Office software suites \*Knowledge of networks and servers \*Help Desk experience \*Familiarity with cloning software \*Customer service skills \*Peripheral device handling expertise Responsibilities: \*Technical support for printers, scanners, and workstations \*Answering user calls \*Managing incidents affecting facility users \*Handling requests via the Ticket Desk system \*Implementing a data backup and archiving system \*Network connectivity verification \*Checking the status of devices covered under service scope \*Modifying user roles and establishing the role/responsibility matrix.
