**Responsibilities:** * Plan, develop, and implement improvements to the production control system. * Coordinate with various departments to enhance departmental and production performance. * Supervise personnel within the area, assign tasks to ensure continuous workflow, evaluate subordinate performance, and recommend development plans. * Responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of the master production schedule, maximizing productivity, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements. Identify skill gaps and development opportunities, supporting employee growth through continuous training, mentoring, and performance feedback. **Requirements:** * Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train team members. * Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. * Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of delivering clear and constructive feedback. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Manufacturing or Supply Chain. * Minimum five (5) years of experience in manufacturing operations planning. * Experience with MRP, MRP II, ERP, JIT, Kanban, level loading, capacity resource planning, and APICS is preferred but not required.
