Grupo Andrade, a leading company in the automotive sector, is seeking an **Automotive Parts Warehouse Manager** with experience in inventory control, logistics, and automotive warehouse operations—capable of ensuring the proper flow of parts to the workshop and maintaining an efficient and organized operation. What will you do? * Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of automotive parts. * Supervise the accurate supply of materials to the workshop. * Conduct physical inventories and cycle counts. * Identify and follow up on inventory discrepancies. * Coordinate optimal stock levels with the procurement department. * Supervise the quality and validation of received goods. * Implement warehouse organization and control strategies. * Generate reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for turnover, shrinkage, and operational efficiency. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety within the warehouse. Requirements * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or automotive parts operations. * Experience supervising operational staff. * Knowledge of inventory management and stock control. * Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems. * Strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and sense of urgency. * Prior experience in automotive workshops or dealerships is desirable.
