Love for pets and friendly demeanor **Store Manager** **Job Objective:** Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of the branch, ensuring excellent customer service, proper store functionality, and achievement of sales and service goals. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily store operations. * Provide customer service and product/service advice regarding pet-related items. * Manage and coordinate staff. * Control inventory and track merchandise. * Handle cash register operations and cash reconciliation (preferred). * Monitor sales performance and goal attainment. * Maintain store order, cleanliness, and professional appearance. * Address and follow up on customer and pet needs. * Prepare basic operational reports. **Requirements:** * Experience in a veterinary clinic or pet-related industry. * Experience in staff management and customer service. * Organizational skills, leadership, and accountability. * Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability. * Love for pets and friendly demeanor. * Basic computer proficiency. * Flexible availability. **We Offer:** Monthly salary of **$10,000 net** Statutory benefits Monthly bonus of **$1,000** Job stability **Work Location:** La Herradura **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Including a one-hour lunch break.
