The candidate will be responsible for preparing and developing **construction drawings and documents**, ensuring technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and documentation quality. This position contributes to the development of **residential, commercial, and retail projects**, collaborating closely with design, engineering, and construction coordination teams. Responsibilities * Preparation and development of **architectural and construction drawings**. * Development of **construction documents** based on schematic designs or design criteria. * Modeling and documentation of projects in **Revit**. **(DESIRABLE)** * Preparation of detailed drawings in **AutoCAD**. * Review and updating of drawings according to project changes. Requirements * **Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering** (graduated or near graduation). * Minimum of **2 to 3 years** of experience in developing **construction documents**. * Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD**. * Proficiency in **Revit** for modeling and documentation. **(DESIRABLE)** * Knowledge of construction processes and detail development. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team.
