




*This job posting comes from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job Opening for LATICCE in Lomas De Angelópolis II - San Andrés Cholula, Puebla** ### **Position Title:** **General Manager** ### **Department:** SERVICE / ADMINISTRATION ### **Position Objective:** Oversee all operations, including personnel management, inventory control, customer satisfaction, and the financial health of the establishment ### **Requirements:** * Education: Completed High School or Partial Bachelor's Degree * Experience: Minimum 2 years * Age: 18 to 30 years old. * Gender: Indistinct. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure efficient functioning. * Recruit, hire, train, and motivate staff, as well as create schedules to optimize staffing levels. * Ensure customer satisfaction, resolve complaints, and collect feedback to improve the experience. * Control costs, manage food and beverage inventory, maintain financial records, and generate reports on income and expenses. * Ensure the establishment complies with all food safety and health regulations. * Develop marketing strategies, organize events, and promote the brand to increase profitability. ### **PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN:** * Overall management and supervision of restaurant, café, or food service operations. * Coordination of multidisciplinary teams (kitchen, bar, waitstaff, cleaning, and administration). * Implementation and monitoring of service, quality, and presentation standards. ### **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE IN:** * Point-of-sale systems, restaurant management software, and reporting tools. * Restaurant management or a similar leadership role. ### **Skills and Competencies:** * Planning, directing, and controlling all restaurant operations. * Effective supervision of different departments (kitchen, bar, service, cleaning, and storage). * Strong, fair leadership with strategic vision. * High sense of responsibility and commitment. ### **Work Schedule:** * Morning shift: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Evening shift: 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. * **Rotating Shifts** ### **Salary:** $14,000 monthly ### **Additional Information:** The position requires a highly responsible candidate with proven experience in operational leadership and comprehensive restaurant management.
