




Objective. Ensure the optimal, secure, and efficient operation of the hotel's IT systems, including PMS, internal networks, hardware, software, cybersecurity, and technical support, contributing to operational continuity and guest experience. Administer servers, networks, access points, and backup systems. * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. * Technical Support * Handle hardware/software incidents at Front Desk, Back Office, kitchen, and operational areas. * Train staff in the proper use of systems and digital tools. * Cybersecurity * Implement cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures. * Manage access controls, passwords, and responsible usage policies. * Software Management * Administer PMS, CRM, billing, and payroll systems. * Coordinate updates, integrations, and platform compatibility. Education: Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Experience: Minimum 3 years in IT management in hotels or service companies Technical Skills: Networks, servers, cybersecurity, PMS, Office 365, CRM, technical support Job Type: Full-time, Trial period Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: $10,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
