**Quality Control Coordinator** **Mission:** Supervise compliance with quality regulations, organizing activities related to process improvement across all areas of the organization. (Metal-Mechanical industry) * Age 25 to 45 * **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Engineering * **Experience**: 2 years * **Work location**: South Puebla * Availability of time **Responsibilities:** * Assist in implementing the necessary processes to ensure product conformity. * Verify that production processes are carried out according to procedures. * Monitor the policies, objectives, and indicators that make up the QMS. * Report to immediate supervisor through review meetings and updates on QMS efficiency. * Manage and track non-conformities throughout the plant. * Follow up on corrective actions for each identified non-conformity. * Manage maintenance and calibration of measurement equipment. * Validate that necessary tests are applied at each stage of production. * Participate in certification and recertification processes for equipment and tests. * Prepare documents timely and accurately (certificates, test sheets, forms, etc.) * Obtain and ensure all necessary documentation to demonstrate product conformity. * Validate that current standards are applied to products and materials used in equipment manufacturing. * Request quality certificates and standards for materials. * Ensure proper inspection of required materials and components. **Skills and abilities:** * Mental flexibility. * Ability to work under pressure and critical situations. * Ability to lead, plan, and manage change. * Firmness and ease of persuasion. * Analytical and decision-making skills. * Knowledge of ISO standards, preferably ISO 9001, 14001, 45001. * Risk management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
