ATCS engineers in the field and in product development work closely with our customers to understand their technology needs now and in the future. ### **Responsibilities** * Directly responsible for ensuring that only products meeting the customer’s documented specifications/requirements are delivered to the customer. * Trains quality inspectors using visual aids and processes. * Develops inspection work instructions and release forms. * Designs and specifies inspection mechanisms and associated test procedures. * Defines and reviews quality assurance plans and process sampling, procedures, and their statistical risks. * Performs tasks in accordance with policies, procedures, and work instructions related to ISO/ATF and safety requirements. * Acts as liaison between departments to ensure the quality of products leaving the facility. * Responsible for ensuring compliance with internal and external calibration requirements. (If applicable) * Supervises inspection technicians (if applicable). * Interacts with suppliers, including visits to customers and suppliers, to ensure their products meet the company’s requirements. * Conducts quality inspections and supplier-related audit processes. Works to ensure results are applied to quality improvement efforts. ### **Requirements** 1. Mechanical, Mechatronic or Robotic, or Industrial Engineering degree. 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing industry. 3. English proficiency: 80%. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 5. Tooling design experience. 6. Experience in programming automated equipment. 7. AutoCAD proficiency. 8. Project management experience. 9. Problem-solving skills.
