Job Summary: We are seeking an Information and Employee Follow-up Analyst to analyze operational data, conduct telephone follow-ups with employees, and identify root causes of incidents to strengthen personnel support and improve retention. Development in data analysis and employee follow-up **PYE IN PRIVATE SECURITY IS SEEKING** Information and Employee Follow-up Analyst We are looking for an analytical, organized individual with strong communication skills to join our **operational information analysis and employee follow-up** team, aiming to enhance personnel support and improve retention metrics. This position will be responsible for **analyzing operational information and conducting telephone follow-ups with employees experiencing incidents or absences**, identifying underlying causes and generating reports to support decision-making. Requirements * Minimum experience of **6 months to 1 year** in roles such as: * Information Analyst * Data Entry Clerk * Administrative Assistant * Customer Service or Follow-up Representative * **Intermediate/Advanced Excel (mandatory)** * Database handling and analysis * Proficiency in telephone communication * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Education: Completed high school diploma or incomplete bachelor’s degree Main Responsibilities * Analysis of operational information and personnel databases. * Telephone follow-up with employees reporting **absences, leave, or operational incidents**. * Identification of reasons for **turnover, absenteeism, and attrition**. * Updating databases and maintaining records. * Preparation of **reports, charts, and dashboards** for tracking key performance indicators. * Creation of executive presentations with information analysis. * Supporting the monitoring of personnel retention indicators.
