A\*T\*E\*N\*T\*I\*O\*N\* We Are Seeking Your Talent — Join Us As: **"Data and Information Analyst / Database Analyst / Commercial Data Analyst BI"** Job Objective: Design, process, and analyze quantitative and qualitative information related to program implementation and evaluation, ensuring database quality, consistency, and traceability, and generating clear, rigorous analytical evidence to strengthen institutional decision-making. **Responsibilities** * Participate in the full evaluation cycle of implementations. * Clean, structure, and document databases, ensuring consistency and traceability. * Contribute to the design and review of measurement instruments. * Systematize quantitative and qualitative findings for integration into clear and useful reports. * Generate understandable visualizations and analytical products for non-technical audiences. * Document analytical processes in a reproducible manner. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in fields related to social sciences, economics, or data (experience with or familiarity with psychological assessment and psychometric analysis is highly valued). Applied statistical analysis experience (descriptive and inferential). * Experience in database cleaning, structuring, and documentation. * Functional proficiency in R for data analysis and visualization. * Ability to interpret results using sound methodological judgment. * Skill in synthesizing complex information clearly and concisely. * Experience developing charts and visualizations oriented toward decision-making. * Organizational skills and collaborative work in virtual environments. **If your profile matches, APPLY NOW and attach your updated CV — we will schedule an interview.** Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
