Positive work environment **TECHNICAL SUPPORT (IMMEDIATE HIRING)** Work Locations: Huixquilucan Role: Provide user support and service by delivering first- and second-level technical support for the company’s diverse technologies. Requirements: Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Systems, or Computer Science Monday to Friday schedule 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM Shift rotation required; occasional on-site support trips throughout Mexico. 1–2 years of experience in first- and second-level technical support, with knowledge of CCTV, networks, access control systems, structured cabling, computer equipment, and hardware/software troubleshooting and maintenance. Strong interest in customer attention and service. We Offer: Monthly salary: $12,500.00 Positive work environment.
