A prominent company in this industry is seeking a **Permit and Procedure Manager** to join its Expansion Department, responsible for ensuring the legal opening and operation of stores through proper management of licenses and procedures with governmental authorities. **What will you do with us?** \- Execute and coordinate legal procedures before federal, state, and local government agencies; obtain licenses, permits, and authorizations. \- Represent the company and maintain direct contact with public officials; draft official documents and requests; ensure files are 100% complete. \- Design and maintain a document control system for permits, licenses, management contracts, and fee payments. \- Coordinate with other departments (Legal, Operations, Human Resources) to obtain necessary information for procedures. \- Guarantee confidentiality and secure safekeeping of corporate and legal documentation. \- Familiarity with government management platforms (online portals, appointment systems, CURP, SAT, etc.). \- Conduct legal analyses, provide legal advisory services to clients, and negotiate contract closures. \- Validate quotations, contracts, and payments related to procedures. \- Ensure projects possess all required legal and technical documentation prior to commencement and during construction execution, and advise the construction team on applicable legal and regulatory requirements. \- Implement management indicators: average processing times, deadline compliance rates, percentage of valid permits, and management efficiency. **What do you need to apply?** Bachelor’s degree in Law. Minimum 3 years of experience in government procedures. Solid knowledge of legal-administrative procedures. Proficiency in regulations applicable in CDMX and Estado de México. Strong negotiation skills — highly valued! **Required Competencies:** Problem-solving. Interpersonal skills. Effective time management.
