You will take charge of high\-level security frameworks, establish lasting policy structures, and collaborate with diverse teams to safeguard critical assets—apply now to help shape our security landscape. **Responsibilities** * Architect high\-capacity IAM security frameworks * Oversee the planning and execution of security initiatives * Verify that technology deployments adhere to established security requirements * Work closely with business areas to integrate security into organizational plans * Provide guidance and mentoring on security methodologies * Establish and manage policies governing supported security systems * Keep up\-to\-date with innovations and challenges in security technology * Respond to and mitigate sophisticated security breaches * Develop and carry out long\-term IAM strategies and plans * Operate and refine authentication and federation infrastructures * Ensure consistent security for systems and applications across various environments **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years of hands\-on work with Ping AIC, ACI, PingOne Protect and Verify * Practical skills in JavaScript, Java, or Python * Thorough knowledge of Active Directory (AD) or alternative LDAP Directory platforms * Deep insight into intrusion detection systems, policy design, and OS hardening * Proficiency in SSO, Federation (SAML/OIDC), MFA, and PKI * Understanding of identity management standards and cloud solutions * Introductory knowledge of device authentication approaches * Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities in applying security best practices * History of developing sustainable security strategies for enterprise settings * Strong analytical abilities and adept problem\-solving skills * Excellent interpersonal communication and team collaboration * Capability to operate independently without close supervision * Upper\-Intermediate (B2\) English proficiency **Nice to have** * Exposure to a variety of IAM tools * Operational experience with HashiCorp Vault * Familiarity with BeyondTrust PowerBroker * Competence in logging and tracking security issues * Skill in live troubleshooting of security utilities
