OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (DAY SHIFT)

Description

Education: Completed high school or incomplete/completed bachelor's degree in criminology, psychology, or related field Experience: 2 years as an Operations Supervisor or in a similar position Requirements: Knowledge of personnel management, training, access control, perimeter security, and patrolling. Strong administrative skills and data entry ability Valid driver's license is mandatory Ability to operate standard transmission vehicles Excellent appearance, interpersonal skills, and verbal communication Analytical and follow-up capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Immediate availability Organized, assertive, problem-solving oriented Responsibilities: Supervise the appearance and attendance of assigned personnel Plan and manage service coverage timely and effectively Provide prompt attention and resolution Communicate effectively with assigned personnel and clients Conduct continuous on-site training (mandatory) for assigned personnel Efficiently address internal and external customer issues Responsible for areas covering CDMX and the Metropolitan Zone.
