Deliver hands-on training on the production floor. **Operational Trainer \| Metal-Mechanical Sector** Location: Atizapán de Zaragoza **Join our team and develop talent at the heart of operations!** We are looking for a passionate **Operational Trainer** focused on shop-floor training, who will drive the technical development of staff and reinforce safety, quality, and productivity standards. **Job Objective** To develop, train, and evaluate operational staff in metal-mechanical manufacturing processes, ensuring correct implementation of established standards and contributing to continuous operational improvement. **Main Responsibilities** * Deliver hands-on training on the production floor. * Explain technical processes clearly, systematically, and effectively. * Evaluate and validate staff's operational knowledge and skills. * Manage and track skill matrices (ILUO methodology). * Coordinate and monitor the performance of operational mentors. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. **Required Profile** * Education: High school diploma or Technical degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field). * Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing processes. * Experience in operational training and personnel development. * Proficiency in skill matrices (ILUO). * Knowledge of industrial safety, quality control, and 5S. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Direct employment with the company * Job stability within a growing company **Benefits**: * Discounted cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Transportation for Nicolás Romero and San Pedro Salary: $7\.00 \- $23\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
