We seek an empathetic, approachable individual with experience in human development who enjoys supporting employees’ growth, identifying their strengths, and helping them develop new skills. While general knowledge of recruitment, selection, and personnel administration is important, the primary focus of this role will be human development and training. Recruitment, labor relations, and payroll functions are already managed by specialists; therefore, this role’s main responsibility will be to drive development, training, and strengthening of administrative and operational staff. **In this role, you will be responsible for:** \- Designing and implementing training programs for administrative and operational staff. \- Identifying training needs across various departments. \* Supporting employees and leaders in development and performance improvement processes. \* Evaluating staff strengths, skills, and areas for improvement. \* Monitoring development plans, onboarding, and continuous training. \* Promoting internal staff growth. \* Collaborating with departmental leaders to strengthen their teams. \* Designing and implementing KPIs for each HR function. \* Promoting a culture centered on human value, respect, learning, and professional growth. \* Participating generally in other HR processes as needed. **We are looking for candidates who have:** A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an HR Manager. Experience in human development and training. Experience training administrative and operational staff. Experience in performance evaluation and identifying training needs. General knowledge of recruitment, selection, and personnel administration. High human sensitivity and a people-development orientation. Ability to identify talent, strengths, and areas for improvement.
