GROUP BALLE IS LOOKING FOR YOU! We are seeking a professional to accurately and efficiently prepare estimates and generators for project closure. You will handle high-volume work under pressure while maintaining strict documentation discipline to ensure timely invoicing. Responsibilities Site surveys and validation against contract/catalog. Technical sketches in AutoCAD, volume quantification, and generator assembly. Compilation of complete project files (DWG/PDF, photos, logbooks, official letters, signatures). Reconciliation with site supervisor/client and submission to Accounts Receivable for invoicing. Daily upload of progress reports and supporting evidence into systems (Calixe/Humand/Drive). Requirements (Mandatory) 2 verifiable years generating estimates and generators for PUBLIC WORKS (HOSPITALS). Advanced AutoCAD skills for technical drafting (layers, dimensions, annotations). Personal computer equipped with licensed and active AutoCAD installation and stable internet connectivity. Intermediate Excel proficiency (tables, lookup functions, data validation, PivotTables). Ability to read construction drawings, maintain document control, and pay close attention to detail. Valid driver's license and availability for short trips. Desirable Experience working on government agency projects or services. Prior experience using Calixe, Humand, or similar ERP systems.
