Continuous training and coaching Recent graduates or students in their final semesters of undergraduate or technical programs in the following fields: * Gastronomy * Food and Beverage * Tourism or related disciplines With interest in developing a career within the restaurant or healthy food sector. **Responsibilities** * Assist in food preparation and plating according to established standards * Ensure cleanliness, order, and compliance with hygiene regulations * Participate in production and service processes * Assist in input control and basic inventory management * Provide customer service (according to assigned area) * Comply with food quality and safety guidelines * Participate in training and continuous coaching **Requirements** * Education: Minimum technical degree in food, gastronomy, or related field. * Experience: Not required (professional internships or social service experience preferred) * Availability for shift work * Proactive, responsible attitude with eagerness to learn * Interest in the healthy food / restaurant industry Employment Type: Full-time, Apprentice Salary: $9,451.00 \- $11,000.00 per month Benefits: * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms Education: * Completed higher technical degree (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
