Ensures the project is completed on budget, on schedule, and to the required quality standards, with a satisfied client. The Construction Superintendent serves as their right-hand person for physical execution and adherence to schedule and quality. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Responsible for fulfilling contractual commitments with the client. * Responsible for completing the project on budget, on schedule, and to the required quality standards, with a satisfied client.
