




Job Summary: Coordinate the tool warehouse and ensure operational continuity through inventory management and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure efficient control of the tool warehouse through proper inventory management, lending and return processes, and maintenance, thereby contributing to the operational continuity of departments. * Monitor tool inflows and outflows. * Manage tool lending and returns to staff. * Maintain up-to-date records in system or logs. * Conduct cyclical, monthly, and semi-annual inventories. * Inspect physical condition of tools and equipment. * Generate inventory reports. * Identify shortages and follow up on incidents. * Optimize storage space and organize storage to maximize capacity and improve workflow. * Forklift operation. (Desirable) **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma (technical or bachelor’s degree preferred). * Experience: 1 year in warehouse, tool and equipment control. * Basic knowledge of tools and equipment (preferred). * Proficiency in Excel. * Flexible availability for work schedule. **Competencies:** * Honesty. * Orderliness and control. * Responsibility. * Attention to detail.
