Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Project **WE ARE SEEKING AN INSTALLATION COORDINATOR** **Job Objective:** * Coordinate, supervise, and validate the proper execution of project installations, ensuring compliance with drawings, standards, protocols, quality, and established timelines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Review and validate executive and structural projects across all disciplines to coordinate installation work. * Coordinate and track the hiring of installers and specialized companies. * Review and approve work schedules for equipment supply, installation, and testing. * Verify estimates, invoices, and bills from specialized suppliers prior to payment. * Review final technical closeouts and issue the installation department’s approval. * Supervise the project’s technical handover, including warranties, manuals, and as\-built drawings. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of and ability to apply national and international standards to ensure safe, efficient installations compliant with current regulations. * Proficiency in technical software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Project. * Ability to organize, validate, and document functional tests, safety protocols, and quality processes. * Technical leadership skills to coordinate engineers, supervisors, and contractors, aligning criteria and ensuring shared objectives.
