Ensure that all changes from projects or processes comply with the data model across multiple platforms and applications supporting SAP, IBP, MES, and PPDS, guaranteeing consistency among them. Ensure actions taken by interacting areas (Engineering, Manufacturing, CDP, Operations) through participation in change committees to confirm that projects are initiated in alignment with the model. Integrate manufacturing area information for modification, maintenance, and integration into the system (SAP), ensuring required system data is verified and updated within SAP parameters whenever changes are needed. Participation in financial month-end closing, indicating technical closures and their cancellation. Ensure models and parts are entered with appropriate parameters enabling system functionality and interactions. Create resource groupings for ST, NP parameterization in co-product, management and configuration of phantom items. Release all parts requiring parameterization in systems (parts required for the project). Coordinate the entire model, validate which parameters must be defined together with Engineering, CDP, Manufacturing, Finance, and Operations to maintain model integrity.
