**RESPONSIBILITY AND COMMITMENT AT WORK** **EXPERIENCE** Minimum 1 year of experience in **CNC programming, 3-axis machining centers**, with desirable experience in **CAM for lathes and milling machines** (**GSK or similar controller**). Interpretation of engineering drawings and technical plans in metric and imperial systems for machining precision parts on CNC and conventional machines. Use of basic measuring tools (**vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge**) and basic knowledge of measurement using **CMM/Faro Arm/optical comparator (training provided)**. **Knowledge of machining various materials such as steel, aluminum, nylon, etc., as well as their different thermal and surface treatments.** Proficiency in CAM software (**SOLID WORKS, AUTOCAD, MASTERCAM**, or similar). **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Program, set up, commission, register tools, and adjust CNC machines for surface machining. * Machine components for checking fixtures and gauges. * Autonomous maintenance of CNC machines: topping up oil and coolant levels, cleaning machine guards, and cleaning exterior and interior surfaces. * Precision assembly and adjustment of mechanical movements with fine adjustments and tolerances G6/H7\. * Direct participation in the implementation of 5S in the area. * Design of fixtures, gauges, and production-support tooling. * Development of clamping and measurement techniques. * Collaboration with other team members’ tasks according to operational needs.
