




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR professional with construction industry experience to handle comprehensive personnel management, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, and contract administration. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive personnel administration for over 300 employees 2. Incident management: onboarding, offboarding, vacations, medical leaves 3. Preparation and tracking of employment contracts REQUIREMENTS: Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Administration Minimum 1 year of HR experience in the construction industry, performing the duties described above, and strong Excel skills. Preference given to candidates residing in the Bahía de Banderas area. RESPONSIBILITIES: Onboarding in Nomipaq system and biometric devices Review of documents for assembling employee files Administration and management of over 300 employees Incident management: onboarding, offboarding, vacations, medical leaves, etc. Management of payroll attendance lists. Processing of offboardings. Preparation of employment contracts and monitoring of their expiration dates. High level of service and employee support. Salary: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
