If you have experience in labor relations and personnel administration, and are ready for a new professional challenge, this opportunity is for you. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field. * Proven experience in labor relations and personnel administration. * Solid knowledge of the **Federal Labor Law (FLL)**. * Experience in **personnel recruitment and selection**. * Knowledge of **occupational safety and hygiene**. * Payroll management and calculation of severance payments, settlements, and indemnities. * Proficiency in the **Contpaqi Nóminas** system. * Experience using portals such as **INFONAVIT, FONACOT, SIPARE**. * Excellent service attitude, communication skills, and teamwork abilities. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design and implement talent attraction and selection strategies. * Post job openings, conduct interviews, and coordinate psychometric assessments. * Manage personnel files and documentation. * Process registrations, terminations, and modifications with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS). * Prepare and validate payroll (earnings, deductions, incidents). * Calculate settlements, severance payments, and indemnities in accordance with the FLL. * Track attendance, vacations, medical leaves, and other incidents. * Address and resolve staff inquiries regarding payroll and benefits. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Complete ST\-7 forms and manage IMSS-related transactions. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly salary: **$18,000 gross** * Biweekly payment \+ Food vouchers (12%)** * Annual savings fund (6%)** * Statutory benefits * **Life insurance** **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 09:00–19:00 hrs (with 2-hour lunch break) Saturday, 09:00–13:15 hrs If you meet the profile, apply through this platform or send your CV to: **rhjurica@fordcountry.com.mx** **\*\* Only applications meeting the required profile will be considered.\*\*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Food vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Recruitment and selection: 1 year (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
