




Job Summary: Account Representative I is responsible for building and expanding business portfolios, converting competitors' customers, and managing expectations to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with suppliers to build relationships and support sales. **SUMMARY:** The Account Representative I is primarily responsible for building or expanding their business portfolio by converting competitors' customers and growing assigned mid-sized accounts into large accounts. This position promotes customer satisfaction by maintaining consistent contact with customers and managing their expectations. **JOB DUTIES:** * Increase revenue and profitability through new business generation and continuous development of existing accounts. * Generate new sales opportunities (leads) via networking, cold calling, and research across various directories and internet sites. * Routinely interact face-to-face with customers to foster strong relationships and maintain their satisfaction. * Understand complex customer requirements for preparing customized quotations. * Deliver effective sales presentations and ensure technical requirements are met. * Assist in resolving technical issues at customer facilities. * Collaborate and coordinate with supplier resources to build relationships and support sales. * Perform other assigned tasks. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:** * Bachelor's degree required; zero (0\) to two (2\) years of experience. * Bilingual: Spanish/English.
