Business problem analysis and resolution ###### **Hybrid work model: 1 day per week in the office:** **Av. del Bosque 1225\-A Parque Industrial El Bosque II Colonia Las Pintas, 45590 San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jal.** **Objective:** ------------- * Administration, reporting, monitoring, and auditing of logistics processes. **Main Responsibilities:** -------------------------- * Documentation of processes and workflows. * Generation and tracking of process optimization projects. * Control of audit-ready documentation. * Creation, analysis, and delivery of key metrics using dashboards, reports, and presentations (pptx, BI dashboards). * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Development of tools in Power Apps. * Analytical thinking and business problem-solving orientation. * Effective communication with executives, teams, suppliers, and technical and development teams. * Knowledge of logistics processes. **Accountabilities:** -------------------- * Analysis of improvement opportunities within current processes. * Tracking of status request inquiries. * Proposals for operational process improvements. * Process documentation. * Automation of Excel-based reporting. * Monitoring of automated shipments in Power Automate. * Creation of charts in Power BI. * Development of tools in Power Apps. **General Requirements:** ------------------------------ ##### **Education:** Industrial Engineering or related field. ##### **Experience:** * Experience working in a dynamic environment. * Minimum 2 years of experience managing projects and improving processes. * Delivery of end-to-end process and project documentation. * Delivery of metrics and operational visibility reports. * SAP S/4HANA. ##### **Training:** * MS Office Suite (advanced) * Flowchart creation. * Metric generation. * Process and project documentation. * SAP S/4HANA * Power Apps (Power Automate). * English B2 * Leadership (mandatory) * Self-management (mandatory). * Delivery of metrics and operational visibility reports.
