POSITION OBJECTIVE** Participate in the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of web applications oriented toward administrative and financial management, collaborating in the implementation of new features, resolution of reported issues, process optimization, and deployment of systems to end users. **3. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop and maintain web application modules according to technical specifications. * Implement enhancements and new features. * Perform unit and integration testing to ensure code quality. * Identify, analyze, and fix errors reported by users. * Document development efforts (in-code comments, technical manuals, and change control). * Participate in planning and progress-tracking meetings. * Provide second-level technical support. * Support system installation and deployment in user environments. * Maintain good programming practices, version control, and security standards. **4. REQUIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** **Mandatory:** * Object-oriented PHP under MVC architecture. * JavaScript and jQuery for client-side logic and DOM manipulation. * HTML and CSS using UI libraries (Bootstrap or similar). * Relational databases: PostgreSQL * Writing and optimizing SQL queries. * Git usage (branches, commits, merges). * Understanding of client\-server architecture and REST/API service consumption. **Desirable (non-exclusive):** * Additional knowledge of SQL Server. * Basic Linux experience (Debian/Ubuntu). Knowledge of web application security (session handling, input validation, access control). * Good practices for web application security. * Database query optimization. * Basic knowledge of GIS tools (e.g., QGIS). **5. CANDIDATE PROFILE** **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (incomplete, candidate, or graduate). **Experience** 2 years of software development experience. **Age** No restrictions **6.
