As Partner Development at CompuSoluciones, your primary mission will be: To manage and develop Red Hat's Partner ecosystem, driving their enablement and training. To maintain strategic relationships with Partners and the Red Hat team, coordinating business plans, loyalty programs, and customer reactivation initiatives. What are we looking for? Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Information and Communications Technologies, or related fields. Knowledge: Conversational English (minimum B2 or C1 level). Passion for training, relationship building, brand positioning, and networking. Experience: Recent graduate. Skills: Communication, quality orientation, self-development. Availability: Full-time. 8-hour workday, Monday to Friday. Work modality: Hybrid. What do we offer?
