Ability to work in a team and under pressure Job Description – Clinic Receptionist Position Objective: To provide patient reception and follow-up, ensuring a professional and organized experience within the clinic, as well as maintaining administrative control and proper file management. Main Responsibilities: \* Patient reception and assistance. \* Scheduling, confirming, and following up on appointments. \* Management and organization of clinical files. \* Answering calls, messages, and social media inquiries. \* Billing services and payment tracking. \* General administrative support within the clinic. \* Maintaining clear and friendly communication with patients. \* Keeping the reception area tidy and presentable. Requirements: \* Excellent presentation and service attitude. \* Strong verbal communication skills and courteous demeanor. \* Organization and attention to detail. \* Basic computer and administrative system proficiency. \* Ability to work in a team and under pressure. \* Experience in reception or patient care (preferred).
