Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to ensure food quality and preparation, proper handling of supplies, and maintenance of facilities in accordance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure food preparation and quality standards. 2. Proper handling and storage of raw materials. 3. Supervise "mise en place" for daily production. Kitchen Assistant RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Adhere to food preparation and cooking standards. \* Properly receive and store raw materials, ensuring quality and appropriate safeguarding. \* Supervise the "mise \& place" required for daily dish production. \* Ensure facilities and operational equipment are in proper condition according to Distintivo H standards. \* Submit daily supply replenishment requisitions. \* Conduct physical inventory.
