Job Summary: IT professional with experience in technological infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems administration, focused on monitoring and maintaining critical services. Key Highlights: 1. Technological infrastructure administration (Firewall, Switch, Virtualization) 2. Experience in perimeter security, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery 3. Management of Windows and Linux servers, wireless networks, and IP telephony Knowledge Firewall -- Fortinet Configuring VPN on firewall Layer 2 switch administration, managed via command line Structured cabling (punching down, wiring, terminating, organizing) Server virtualization (Hyper-V and VMware platforms) Administration of Windows and Linux servers Wireless network (Aruba) Manageable UPS units Perimeter security and cybersecurity Data backups on servers (multiple) IP telephony (Asterisk) Responsibilities Monitor the contracting, operation, and monitoring of internet links, hosting services, telephony services, email services, and private services across various offices. Monitor infrastructure standardization as well as alignment of technology with corporate objectives. Carry out actions for prevention or correction of the assigned technological infrastructure. Perform necessary actions to ensure cybersecurity for the company, and closely monitor the disaster recovery plan, taking appropriate actions to implement it as planned. Understand and apply the SGCS (Information Security Management System) within work area activities. Support activities, as instructed by the immediate supervisor, that add value to team operations.
