Job Summary: We are seeking a Data ABL Tester to analyze requirements, validate software quality, identify defects, and ensure the product meets business requirements, with a focus on functional and non-functional testing. Collaborative work with functional, technical, and business specialists Mexico City ABL \- Test Data Recruiter: Rodolfo Ponce Position: Data ABL Tester Location: Mexico City Industry: Insurance Sector Work Mode: On-site Intermediate English Zone: CDMX Conduct business requirements analysis, validate software system quality, identify functional and non-functional defects to ensure the product complies with business requirements defined in specifications. Quality assurance focused on functional and non-functional testing, test scope definition, design and execution of automated scripts for performance and/or data, defect management, and test status reporting. Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree. Intermediate/advanced English. Knowledge of testing tools: ALM, Jira Xray, and Confluence. Responsible for defining test strategy, analyzing, designing, and executing automated, performance, and/or data test cases. Automation\- Knowledge of UFT, Robot Framework, Selenium; basic programming knowledge. Requirements and Technical Skills Responsible for defining methods and models for generating automated, performance, and/or data test scripts. Performance\- Knowledge of LoadRunner, JMeter Performance, and basic programming. Responsible for designing a test matrix aligned with test scope per requirement, ensuring test coverage. \*Data\- Knowledge of IPC, Power BI, DATA VAULT, Informatica Analyst, Data Quality, structured programming in C, basic Big Data knowledge, Data Modeling. Responsible for timely tracking of team activities to ensure project artifacts are delivered on time and as specified. Understanding and mapping of business flows. Responsible for recording and documenting artifacts in the test management tool. Process automation. Responsible for analyzing test results, logging, and tracking defects. \*Knowledge of DevOps and Agile methodology. Performance\- Responsible for generating the performance test analysis presentation and final test report, including metrics and diagnostics. \*Knowledge of one or more of the following programming languages: JAVA, JavaScript, Python (Note: Progress or COBOL excluded). Data\- Validation of construction against AXA-established standards; validation of compliance with Source-Destination Matrix rules. Certifications: ISTQB and Agile.
